Apartments

The CSWR was constructed in 1960, and the apartments were renovated in summer 2006. The CSWR's thirteen residential units include two studios, six one-bedroom units, four two-bedroom units, and one three-bedroom unit. One unit meets the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements for accessibility. Free-standing AC units that can provide cooling for bedrooms are available upon request.
