Research and Programming

The Center’s research and programming are built upon three foundational thematic threads: poetry, philosophy, and religion; matter and spirit, also referred to as ecology and the more-than-human relationship; and finally, religion, philosophy, and nationalism.

Over time, these themes have evolved into dedicated programs and initiatives, such as the Transcendence and Transformation Initiative, Annual Lectures, and the Poetry program, which provide a comprehensive framework for the Center’s various endeavors.

These programs encompass research projects, lectures, conferences, reading groups, and speaker series, offering a diverse array of scholarly and academic engagement.

We invite you to take advantage of our rich programming and to join our mailing list to stay abreast of our upcoming events.
