## Summer Housing Information

The CSWR apartments are available for rent during the summer by anyone with a Harvard affiliation.

Apartments are assigned on a first come, first served basis as soon as the apartment availability becomes known.

Summer occupancy typically runs from mid-June through early August. For example, the summer occupancy period for 2026 runs for two durations:

- **8 weeks** from June 8, 2026, through August 3, 2026.
- **9 weeks** from June 8, 2026, through August 10, 2026.

(Note: the departure date is firm and cannot be extended.) Summer occupants must pay for this entire eight or nine week period in one payment, regardless of their actual arrival and departure dates.

## Rates for Summer 2026 Housing

**The rates for the summer occupancy period are:**

- **Studio**:
    
    $4,120.00 (8 weeks)
    
    $4,635.00 (9 weeks)
- **One-bedroom**:
    
    $5,150.00 (8 weeks)
    
    $5,795.00 (9 weeks)
- **Two-bedroom**:
    
    $6,490.00 (8 weeks)
    
    $7,300.00 (9 weeks)
- **Three-bedroom**:
    
    $7,620.00 (8 weeks)
    
    $8,573.00 (9 weeks)
    
    *Utilities (heat, hot water, electricity) and broadband internet are included. Free-standing AC units that can provide cooling for bedrooms are available upon request. Pets are not permitted.*
