The CSWR was constructed in 1960, and the apartments were renovated in summer 2006. The CSWR's thirteen residential units include two [studios](/residence/apartments/studio-apartments), six [one-bedroom units](/residence/apartment-descriptions/one-bedroom-apartments), four [two-bedroom units](/residence/apartment-descriptions/two-bedroom-apartments), and one [three-bedroom unit](/residence/apartment-descriptions/three-bedroom-apartment). One unit meets the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements for accessibility. Free-standing AC units that can provide cooling for bedrooms are available upon request.
